What products are included in our Skin Improvement Guarantee?

Any Kit from Kream is included in our Skin Improvement Guarantee: Time traveler, White House potential and CMD- Z. No single products purchased alone are eligible for our Skin Improvement Guarantee.
I have multiple orders, are they all included in the Skin Improvement Guarantee?

Additional single products purchased alongside a Kit will only be included in the guarantee, if they belong to the same Kit. Example: You have purchased a Time Traveler Kit and purchase an additional Eye Opener - it will be included in the Guarantee as long as it is purchased within the 60 days of receiving the first Kit. A kit can only be returned within the 60 days after receiving it.
I received a Skin Improvement Guarantee enabled product as a gift, how do I enable my guarantee?

On the circumstance that you received a product as a gift, simply get a hold of the order number and the process is possible.
How many pictures are enough?

Our Skin Improvement Guarantee has a submission requirement of 2 pictures. One picture of your skin when receiving and one taken 30 days after using the kit.
When can I make my Skin Improvement Guarantee claim and is there a deadline?

We ask you to use your Kream kit for a minimum of 30 days - as our studies show that after 30 days you should see an improvement of your skin. You have an additional month after the 30 days to make your claim. (Total of 60 days receiving your kit)
I have used the Kream Kit less than 30 days, can I get a refund?

If you have used the Kream Kit for less than 30 days, you have not yet unlocked your Skin Improvement Guarantee.
